She would have loved the fact that it is the time of blooming lilacs. She would have found equal delight in that I gather sprigs to bring inside and place in a teapot to remind me of her.

I remember. Is it already one year? It is a blessing that your dear mother passed peacefully and in the home of those she loved. It's easy to see why see liked lilacs so much. Their beauty and fragrance are unmatched. Our younger daughter chose to carry lilacs among the flowers of her spring wedding bouquet.
