Borage, one of the gems of my herb garden this summer.
An edible flower, I like to set them in ice cubes to swim around in my ice tea.
Something to enchant, unless you are six and think an insect has landed!

I had borage in the garden a few years ago, but I never knew what to do with it. Flowers in the tea, that would be fun to serve to guests.
Never would have thought of that...although I can relate to the 6-year olds response. I like my flowers on the table, not in my food.
