Summer time attire
Loose fitting shifts in colors sewn on cotton fabrics imitating the colors of melons and tomatoes.
Scooped back
Sleeveless
Bare feet
Though I would not fancy the hat.
Early morning walk in the swirling snow down to the creek bed. This American Beech tree rightfully observed, glorious in its sober cinnamon...

Funny how everything comes back into style! I think those dresses are adorable. The hat really would be smashing on you though, maybe make it a bit hard to see but other than that lovely.
Very cute! I like the way the neck goes down in the back. I wouldn't fancy the hat either. I don't really have a hat head.
Oh what a treat! I love shifts in the summer, as my grandmas used to wear them every day. Much cooler, too.
Your flowers in the last post are so lovely, too. Mine are starting to fizzle out with this heat. I am watering, but it's no use, I think.
the hat could come in handy for those bad hair days....
thanks for your kind words on my grandmother's passing...they were very comforting. It's good to be back and catch up!
