I have found that praying His Word has the most profound effect on me, and perhaps are the most treasured prayers of all.

How true. I too find comfort in that kind of praying because God's word is true, and most of the time my words aren't.
More and more I am learning to do this too. God wants us to speak to Him and what better way than with His own Word.
